Scholarship Information

Scholarship Instructions:

Please complete the Scholarship Application Form, only if you're requesting Financial Aid.

1. If requesting financial aid, a Scholarship Application Form must be submitted. It must be mailed, faxed or emailed to Camp Blue Diamond along with the camper's Registration Form. No Scholarship Application will be processed without a Registration Form.

2. Parents must pay a deposit of at least 10% of the total camp fee. To figure out 10%, move the camp fee's decimal point one place to the left. For example: 10% of $235.00, would be $23.50 . If parents can afford more than 10% deposit, they are encouraged to pay more.

3. Financial Aid is based on the family's need, and the amount of available scholarship funds. If your request is met in full, you will receive notification with your confirmation. If your request is met partially or denied, you will be contacted by the camp office with details. If your request is met partially or denied, your can elect to have your deposit returned.

4. A Payment by credit, debit card or check must be made with the Scholarship Application Form and Registration Form. If mailing the forms to Camp Blue Diamond, any form of payment is acceptable. If emailing or faxing the forms to camp, payment by credit or debit card is preferable. If emailing or faxing forms, payment by check is acceptable, as long as the check is mailed to camp within three days. Registrations and scholarships will not be processed until payment is received.

5. Separate registration and scholarship forms must be sent for each child.

6. One scholarship per child per summer.

2. Print the Form and Fax with your payment information to (814) 667-2152, 
If paying by credit/debit card, forms will be processed immediately. 
If paying by check your forms will be processed after the check is received.  

3. Electronically submit your Form with the completed payment information.
