Please read all of the instructions before proceeding to the Registration Form: 3. If listing a Roommate Request, list only one person. 4. All registration is on a first come/first served basis. Registrations are processed in the camp office on the day they are received, if payment is made. Camp Blue Diamond does not hold places for campers who have not registered and made an initial payment. 6. If requesting scholarship aid, a Scholarship Application Form must be submitted with the Registration Form. 8. If faxing or emailing the registration form, you will receive an email confirming that CBD received the registration by the next business day. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email or call Camp Blue Diamond. 9. If mailing the Registration Form, payment may be made by Credit / Debit Card or by Check. Summer Camp Registration 10. If your church is paying a portion of the fee, they will be automatically billed by CBD. 12. Parents may request to make extended payments. To do this: Check the appropriate box on the registration and mail in a deposit of at least $25/camper. Parents will receive a bill for the balance due. Parents will need to make payments in the period leading up to the camp. Payment must be made in full by the beginning date of camp. 13.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
14. Illegal drugs, tobacco, alcoholic beverages or weapons are strictly prohibited. Campers violating this rule will be sent home immediately.
