Registration Information

  
Summer Camp - Outdoor School - Retreats - Family RV Campground - Rental Cabins

 

Please read all of the instructions before proceeding to the Registration Form:

Do Not Register before Jan. 1, 2010.
Registrations received before January will be invalid.


1. Complete all applicable information on the Registration Form.  

2. Grade level refers to the grade the child is in during the '09-'10 schoolyear.

3. If listing a Roommate Request, list only one person.
This person must request your child on their form too.
Requests must be made more than one week prior to a camp.

4. All registration is on a first come/first served basis. Registrations are processed in the camp office on the day they are received, if payment is made. Camp Blue Diamond does not hold places for campers who have not registered and made an initial payment.

5. If possible, please list a 2nd choice camp, especially if the camper is registering for a trip or adventure camp. These camps have limited capacities and usually fill early. A 2nd choice camp will only be used if the 1st choice camp is completely full.

6. If requesting scholarship aid, a Scholarship Application Form must be submitted with the Registration Form.

7. If faxing (814-667-2152) or emailing the Registration Form , payment may be by Credit / Debit Card.

8. If faxing or emailing the registration form, you will receive an email confirming that CBD received the registration by the next business day. If you do not receive this confirmation, please email or call Camp Blue Diamond.

9. If mailing the Registration Form, payment may be made by Credit / Debit Card or by Check.

10. If your church is paying a portion of the fee, they will be automatically billed by CBD. 

11. Upon receipt of your registration and payment, a confirmation packet will be sent  to you.

12. Parents may request to make extended payments. To do this: Check the appropriate box on the registration and mail in a deposit of at least $25/camper. Parents will receive a bill for the balance due. Parents will need to make payments in the period leading up to the camp. Payment must be made in full by the beginning date of camp.

13. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellation Two weeks or more prior - Refund less $25. 
Cancellation Less than  two weeks prior - Refund  less $50. 
No Show/ No Refund

14. Illegal drugs, tobacco, alcoholic beverages or weapons are strictly prohibited. Campers violating this rule will be sent home immediately. Other policies pertaining to Summer Camp will be  included in the Camper Confirmation Packet.
